I was really pleased with the overall service at CC Rent, but unfortunately, the Opel Mokka I had originally wanted to rent was unavailable. Despite that, the team went above and beyond to accommodate me and offered a car from a higher category, which exceeded all of my expectations. The car was in excellent condition, and I had a wonderful experience driving it. I’m really happy with the level of service and the quality of the vehicle, but I do wish the Mokka had been available. That said, I’m still giving them a 4 out of 5 for their excellent service and the great alternative they provided!
